Attention all swimmers. Attention all swimmers. All kids out of the pool for Adult Swim. Cartoon Network has an Adult Swim. All kids out of the pool. I repeat, all kids out of the pool. Adult Swim. This is a compilation video I put together using footage of commercials and episodes from shows that played on Sunday nights (from ten at night to one) on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim block in 2002. Certain shows (like Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Space Ghost Coast to Coast, Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law, Sealab 2021 to name a very few) can't be used for copyright reasons. These shows were substituted with other great shows that played on Adult Swim around the same time. Think of it as a retro remix or a bootleg Sunday night broadcast. This is seventy-first video I've done like this, and the eleventh video I've done on Cartoon Network. This is the first Adult Swim video I've made, and a second one is in the pipeline for next weekend. For this video, I wasn't able to use a lot of shows and filled in the empty spaces in the schedule with two failed pilots that they did air at the time on Adult Swim. Additionally, the episode of Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law technically isn't an episode of the show as those are blocked on Youtube, but rather a case from the PSP game, which is essentially an episode anyway. The footage of the PSP game is from a youtuber named stupidstormy36. Overall, I feel like I was able to showcase a lot of the shows that made early Adult Swim. I had a great time making this video, and I hope you have a great time watching it. Not being include to use Futurama or Family Guy episodes was to be expected, but it's still not great given that they were the backbone of the 2003 [adult swim] era. The Space Ghost Coast To Coast episode I feature is actually a mash-up of two GameTap episodes. GameTap was a video game service that also used to stream their exclusive episodes of SGC2C. I'm a bit bummed that I didn't figure out that I could upload those episodes until now. I would have loved to include them in other videos I've made, but hey, better late than never.
